Praying Scriptures Over Your Children

As a mom, I constantly worry about my kids. Am I doing enough for them? Too much for them? Have I exposed them to God, His Word? Have I pointed them to Jesus, so they can develop a deep faith? UGH!

Parenting is not easy.

Do you want godly children? Do you want your kids to do great things? Are you praying daily for them? Do you speak God’s word over their life?

I believe we need to teach our children who God is and expose them to His Word daily. I also believe in the importance of praying the scriptures over their lives.

Recently, I revisited this verse and felt prompted to pray it over my kids.

CHALLENGE: I want to invite you to join me. Whether it is this scripture or a different one, pick one and spend the next month praying, speaking and believing it over your children. God’s word says, “you have not because you ask not.”

Let’s be warriors as moms. These precious blessings are a gift from God. It is vital that we strive to steward that relationship to honor God.
