I am enough!

Why can’t I believe that more? Social media can be cruel to the ego. When I see your beautiful image, I want to rejoice with you. Really I do!

More often than I care to admit, I struggle to feel like I am enough. Enough as a mom, wife, friend, leader, fill in the blank. Paper piles, clutter, dust bunnies haunt my ability to create a picture-perfect home. Embracing my current circumstances cause me to doubt. Will I ever master my home while I have others who seem to sabotage my every move? Will my income ever change? Why can’t I get serious and see real change in my health?

Here are a few tips to rising above the chatter to reach the status of ENOUGH.

1- Embrace this stage. This season is unique. You have never walked this road before. Give yourself grace. What is causing stress? Get a plan and tackle it. This too shall pass.

2- Hush the inner dialog. Stop the conversation you have inside your head. Speak truth over the lie. You are brilliant, capable enough. Create a personal affirmation and read it daily until YOU believe it.

3- Trust your calling. Timing is everything. SO often I want something before I am ready. God knows. You can trust His timing for YOUR life. Where ever you are today, God can use you today. It is what is preparing you for the next step. Master the task at hand. Calling isn’t something in the future. It is living each day seeking and serving Jesus to fulfill HIS agenda. Find where He is at work and join Him. He is working in your heart, through your influence with your family and weaving opportunities throughout a mundane day. What seems ordinary can quickly change when we follow the path of the master. God will direct your steps.

You are ENOUGH because God created you uniquely.

You were created ON PURPOSE FOR A PURPOSE.

Others’ accomplishments or failures have NOTHING to do with you. We do not live on a grading curve. So don’t begin the competing game, because you will lose.

God created us in His image. We were given the personality and talents that make us qualified to master our day. We are not meant to measure our success by others.

Rise up warrior princess! Be YOU!  Head held up. Shoulder back. Eyes forward on the task at hand. Don’t look to the right or left or social media to determine your worth.

YOU are enough!
